Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for up to 30 days after the item(s) has been received by the customer with a 5% restocking fee. 

Customer is responsible for return shipment. Mac Divot does not provide a return shipping label or reimburse the customer for the cost of the return shipment.

Any item(s) eligible for return must be unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging, with tags attached. Any items that are clearly worn will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. Mac Divot reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in salable condition.

We will then process a refund, excluding any discounts, shipping & route package protection charges. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to be issued.
